Climb That Mountain! Charity fundraiser coaching promo
It’s been quite some time since I’ve written a post on here – life has been full of amazing surprises this last couple of years, and blogging has taken a back seat to some major projects. Including working on a regular, part-time basis with a couple of inspiring client organisations (Sensum and Beat Carnival), mentoring/coaching for a few digital programmes, working with a small group of existing coaching clients, moving to the country amongst the peacocks (did not foresee that detail!), and joining/forming my first band. I have many partially-written blog posts in the works – including a series on my musical adventures, sharing the useful resources I’ve gathered along the way, and a long-promised post on how life upgrades you when you make lesser plans. I’ve an even better example to share now..!
In the meantime, in massive appreciation of my good fortune and the many wonderful things and people in my life that I never want to take for granted, I’m running a charity promotion throughout September. My partner, Conor Scullion, is doing a Rockies climb for Marie Curie Cancer Care next month, and in support I’m offering 20 x £20 coaching sessions, donating 100% of the proceeds to his fundraising pot. So that’s one full hour of one-to-one coaching for a £20 donation (see a range of testimonials here) – and I mostly do Skype/telecoaching, with a few exceptions, so it doesn’t matter where in the world you are. One of my first clients was an ex-pat living in China!
If you’re new to this blog: I’ve been coaching since ’04, running Soul Ambition since ’07, with a wide range of clients on a wide range of personal/business/arts development areas. I can help you with:
- confidence building
- career/profile building (including for artists)
- relationships (social/work-based)
- wellbeing/stress management
- social media strategy for your cause/organisation/band/artistic endeavours
- networking skills – online and/or offline
- creative problem-solving
- getting unstuck/getting more clarity about where you want to be
I don’t work in the areas of finance, legal issues or diet/fitness, and I don’t do coach training.
For now at least, the promotion is limited to one session per person, to let as many people as possible avail of the reduced rate. If the sessions aren’t all booked during September, however, there may be an opportunity for people to purchase multiples at the promotional rate.
So if you know someone who’d benefit from an hour of focused attention on them, their needs and their dreams – for the price of a verrry cheap night out/a one-season boxset/a facial – send them my way!
And if you’re not interested in the coaching but would like to support Conor’s fundraising efforts, you might like to purchase “Climb That Mountain“, an excellent soul/funk single that he wrote and recorded in our new home. Only £2, or more if you’re particularly moved.
Please spread the word, and thanks for your patience on the blogging front!
